I will go with Floyd Mayweather because you don't beat getting two Ring titles in the same year in two different weight classes. Just an incredible feat that has been done only by Henry Armstrong I think.
    Good point.

Lara should be considered. Stopping Angulo was a good win, and he comptely out classed Trout. I hope we get Lara vs Canelo soon.

Floyd also only lost like 2-3 rounds all year, against top guys. Guerrero will come back and win some good fights at 147, mark those words. He was the #3 WW at the time, and Canelo was the RING JMW Champ.

It's not like Floyd fought two fringe contenders and dominated. Yes Rigondeaux otu classing Donaire was huge, and had he even gotten a win over a decent 122 fighter it probably should be him. But Agbeko was IRRELEVANT since 2011. It's not Agbeko was coming in as some Top 10 guy at 122 who posed any sort of danger to him. Agbeko was irrelevant and Rigo needed a fight.

How can anyone beside Rigondeaux or Bradley win this? Honestly, we aren't the media, influenced by huge events, which is why Mayweather will win it for most the boxing media.

No one had a year like Rigondeaux and Bradley. One of them should be the FOTY.

The quality of Bradleys wins aren't better than Floyds, had the roles been reversed and Floyd went life and death with Provo and beat Marquez in a competitive fight while Bradley easily beat Guerrero and Canelo at 154, people would be picking Bradley without thinking.

If its not Danny Garcia, I'm leaving the forum.

Although Rigo is probably the deserving one. Nobody expected that blowout against a what, #4 P4P at the time?

I said Provodnikov because he had a breakout year, quality opposition, a wholesome wild game eating background, and he and his mother just seem so damn happy to be here.
