You can do a search, I never said Broner was the next big thing to Floyd. I never placed him in the same boat at all. Broner is a totally different fighter.

If Pacquiao can become a better boxer in his late 20s, then why can't Broner be less flat-footed?

I think what made Broner overconfident was his win against DeMarco. I was expecting Mayweather-Castillo and we got Mayweather-Gatti. Then he moves up to 147 and thinks he can fight the same way. That's a kind of arrogance that Floyd doesn't even have.
because he is to dumb to learn, and too ****y to ever admit he need to change anything?

Maidana did some great work! I knew Maidana would really test Broner because of how often Broner allows himself to get. For what it's worth, Broner showed some resiliency, but he got his cards pulled by a very battle tested veteran who is only improving.

What a win for Thurman! That was a great showcase of resiliency with him closing the show to boot.

          Well done, gents!

Broner is so flat footed, the only resemblance to Floyd is his stance...I expect Maidana to beat Broner in a rematch.

It's not easy to quickly make the adjustment and stop fighting flat footed. It takes a lot of practice and time. And because Broner has been successful anyway, there was no need. But he should totally work on fixing that. After Brone fought Paulie, one of the first things Floyd said is that Broner makes a lot of mistakes and fights very flat footed.

I was expecting the same Broner. I couldn't call who would win though because I see Maidana as a streaky fighter. You never know which version will show up. And Broner, I wasn't sure if he would be able to deal with Maidanas size and power.
