    Cause he a f*kin G!

Fighter of the decade in the 70s, where he absolutely dominated the lightweight division throughout the whole decade, destroying everyone in a way in which people had never witnessed a similar freak of nature (and he had GREAT boxing skills, don't be misguided, impressively quick/smart/sharp fighter), then he went up to WW where he whooped SRL, and then became world champion again all the way up to the MW division, what more do you want?

I don't want to come across as knocking Mayweather because he Is a future HOF fighter. Well, I take that back, he Is a future Hall of fame boxer, due to his skills, not because he Is a fighter. Everyone has different taste, but I'll take a Duran, Gatti any day over a Mayweather, Rigondeaux. What makes Duran better than Mayweather Is a simple question to answer. Quality of opposition, heart, courage, determination, punching power, his will and his relentlessness. Duran already defeated Floyd Mayweather. His name was Ray Leonard.

He knew all the tricks of the game. He was about as complete of a fighter as you could ask for. He could match up with any style outside of Hearns. I know people like Floyd, and he is a great fighter, but I believe he would have had his hands full against Duran. The guy was an animal. If I had my choice it would be to see both Duran and Floyd fight each other at lightweight. I believe it was at this weight where they were both at their best.

Windup thread. Stimulates posting. Fairly recent phenomena.

Is it not possible to set a post count requirement to create threads? So many alts are able to register and then clog up the front page with their nonsense.

I don't even think you're a Floyd fan. You're just an alt pretending to be one just to make Floyd fans look bad. No fan of any current fighter can be this ****** to make a dumbass thread like this.
