The Commissions do not do strict drug testing, and it's not random. NSAC has a new strict random drug testing program though, but they have only used it for Bradley vs. Marquez. And that was because Bob Arum basically forced them to create the program.
Rios was caught through VADA's testing, not a Commission's test.Comment

Executive Director Keith Kizer of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) says the state’s first run at employing an advanced anti-doping testing program for a professional boxing event was a success.NSAC contracted SMRTL to conduct the advanced testing program for the October 12th Timothy Bradley vs. Juan Manuel Marquez bout at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.Comment

With something like that it does actually matter, it is not Captain America serum it is some minor ass shit you can get over the counter.
Now it is banned so whatever trouble comes is his fault, it is like the difference between weed and PCP he got popped for some weed like shit not some super human hulk shit so it should be treated a such unless he was on an extreme amount.Last edited by The Gambler1981; 12-13-2013, 07:05 PM.Comment

"Brandon had the genius, Ariza, trying to help him make weight," Bob Arum said. "It is not the fighter's fault. It's the people who are conditioning him. He's following orders on what to eat and drink, so I don't blame him. Brandon's not a nutritionist. It's generally the conditioner's fault if the kid doesn't make weight. This is Ariza's fault.
"The fighter, in my experience, follows religiously what he is told to eat and drink. If he's being advised by people who consider themselves experts, but who really don't know s---, that's when you get in trouble."
