Rios could fight at middleweight and find a way to have trouble making weight.

"That's only 20 pounds! I can cut that the week before the fight."

I'm giving Rios the benefit of the doubt based on his history of ******ity and the fact that this is his first involvement with Ariza, which led to this career damaging test.

Without any facts, I'm putting all the fault on Ariza. Just a hunch.

The commission is using modern testing equipments now and they've been catching cheats.

No suspensions can happen because the fight took place in China, not America. If the fight were tested with USADA, then USADA would have sanctioned Rios and would push to make sure boxing Commissions in America enforced the sanction.

But Rios got caught through VADA, and VADA does not sanction athletes. And the Chinese Commission is basically powerless after the fight. And everyone knows Rios ain't fighting in China again.
In Europe, when a fighter is suspended by one federation, the others join in solidarity. Hopefully the US commisions does the same (if the b-sample is positive as well).
