lol he's had one fight no doubt he would do better than agbeko, and i think nonito. people will think im jumping the gun saying loma > nonito, but unless nonito lands flush on loma's still untested chin... i think lomachenko beats donaire anyday.

rigo would probably win but itd be fun to see 2x olympic gold medalists going at it. arum wouldn't stop mentioning it/

THe only ways he's getting paid like that is in a Donaire rematch or with GBP.
It's best for him to opt out to GBP if he wants money

But we still don't know fully how the translation to the pro game will be, i would say IF Lomachenko disposed of Salido impressively..... It would seem the adjustment is there and he would just need some rounds.

I'm a big fan of both, but I've seen Rigo get onocked down against a much lesser fighter, obviously with only 1 fight in the pros under him, the "lesser fighter" is due to the talent and total package lomo has and not what he's done in the pros thus far. But anyway, he's not unbeatable, and i think Lomachenko could crack his chin possibly

It's obviously way too early for him, but down the line this is a 50/50 fight for me. Many people would disagree with that and I can't blame them. This is just my opinion
Ppl still saying that lomachenko only have one fight, what about the wbs? he fought a few times for them with professional rules and got paid, I'm pretty sure that if you fight more than three, three minutes round, no headgear and you get pay, you are a professional fighter no matter how they want it to spin it this whole only "one" fight...

us mexican fans will give him love out here since his own people dont
Mexicans have a history of showing Cuban fighters love ("Mantequilla" Napoles and "Sugar" Ramos). But those folks in Atlantic City clearly weren't Rigo's people. If they bring "El Chacal" out to Miami, like they've mentioned, he'll get plenty of love from his own. I have no doubt about that.

GBP can set up a nice fight with Santa Cruz, something TR can't manage. I'd be happy to see Rigo go over to the opposition.

The only decent money for him is with Donaire! He needs Donaires name and to earn on a consistant calander he will have to give up weight! This is nothing new and it comes with that weight territory! The only options they could try is a contract not allowing a feather 126) to rehydrate more than 135lbs. He weighs in with sweats on at 126 and gives up 5 to 8 pounds. His talent should allow him to still dominate in my opinion. Unless he's fighting a really good puncher and/or an inside fighter (who could get in) the extra weight doesn't mean much! Ten pounds difference with the little guys does mean alot compared to heavyweights ofcourse but talent over rides most weight descripences.
This is pro boxing and everyone takes chances everytime you step in a ring but theres time to take business risks too! If not just retire and start a new career, this guy has the talent to fight feathers. He will be faster and he already has excellent counter move/counter punch ability.
Either accept the situation and get busy or go home!
I love the talent but the kid is boring on his own. He needs an opponent to carry the fight to him or he simply hasn't the mentality to get the job done.

Sometime the amatuer kings have to many amatuer bouts and they don't adjust to the pro attitude!
He stops that guy the other night if he applies himself to the task but he refused to do it!
Guys like Pep fought plenty of fellows that he knew he had to take the entire route but when Willie knew he could get a guy out, out they went! Ray

Why even bother with that fight? The money is next to nothing. Rigo is boring. More fights at 126 are compelling. People should stop looking for Rigo he brings nothing to the table.

There is another thread about how rigo is better than floyd p4p, and alot of posters think that is true,, that rigo is better than floyd,,

if he is so much more better than floyd, then he should have no problem going to 126 and 130 just like floyd had no problem going from 130 to 135 to 140, etc...

Rigo has moved one weight class, but fools think he is better p4p than floyd who has traveled thru 5 divisions spanning 25 lbs and rigo wont move up 4

SMH at these fools who think rigo better than floyd

If the money is right he will. Floyd only goes to 154 if the money is right and Rigo will only go to 126 if the money is right.

rigo is a punk b*tch for wanting a catch weight when he can easily fight at 126. He has the skill, and the frame to fight at 126 yet still wants a catchweight.

At least with Floyd and Pac they are small welters and junior welters. Rigo is perfectly fine physically for 126 yet still wants a catch weight.

                      scumbag cowardly move.
