Toney is a top 5 HW at the moment. None of the heavyweights are overly impressive and few have high caliber wins over more than a couple fighters. Despite Toney's accomplishments not being overly spectacular at HW, when moving up in weight it's always been a rule of thumb to rank them high up. His accomplishments at cruiser count for a lot more in the HW division than getting 20 wins over ridiculously ****ty HW's.
