And lastly, can anybody please show me anywhere where Floyd Mayweather jr said 40 mil no PPV? I know when asked he said he offered pac 40 mil, 20 in 48 hrs and the other 20 later and that nobody is getting 50/50 from him which is fair in my opinion, but where did he specifically say NO PPV AT ALL? Just curious

We've seen the same predictable patterns from both sides. If by some miracle they happen to start another serious negotiation about this fight, there's no way Floyd would come to the table and say, "Hey, you'll have to join my promotions company in order to fight me, you're no different than the sparring partners that have signed with Mayweather Promotions."

Maybe, Joining Mayweather promotions was another code for saying, "We'll let GBP handle the heavy duties without Arum being involved." just like Schaefer has stated a few days ago.

I've done some thinking since 2009, neither Arum or Schaefer wanted the fight. Why? Because once the dust settled and a clear victor, then nobody would buy ppv's it's better for them to have the anticipation built and then throw the blame on the other.

i think its the single biggest reason it hasnt happened. both guys are still using each others names to sell ppvs and its all most non-hardcore boxing fans talk about.
