You do know what happened in that fight, right? Every anti-Cuban fighter always fail to mention the handcap of the fights, why don't mention that the ring for that fight was a phone booth or that the mat was slow as sand what about the weight issue, Lara could not go over 10 pounds while angulo went 20 and could had going up more, please why don't you talk about this if you are mentioning the fight, after all we all fans and the dirty little things that promoters do should be exposed.

Lara has all the tools to limit Trouts activity. Just because he throws 1000 punches with a 10% accuracy rate against static bums doesn't mean he will with Lara. I mean he can try but he will most certainly get countered to death in the process.

Lara isn't a defensive guru like Rigondeaux but he is still a soundly technical cuban that can beat any 154 worldwide, including Trout tonight by stopping him before the 9th round

Like I said in the other thread, Lara always finds a way to piss it away. Lets hope he comes thru tonight. This is a win he needs.

Chico was getting his ass beat by Castillo.

But better yet, remember how Chavez was getting beat by Taylor?

He really wasn't though was he? He got dropped twice by a massive puncher, apart from that Angulo had very little success.
Lara beat him up inside, he won every round but the two knockdowns and even then he was winning those before & got up and finished the stronger of the two.

Tbf both Molina & probably Angulo probably beat Trout. Lets not forget the glove issues & the weight where Lara was only allowed to rehydrate a few lbs but Angulo blew up 20lbs
Everything was stacked against him from the start.

I think Trout will win by decision. His high output along with his size and reach will be hard for Lara to handle.

I love how these people use triangle theories. And throw style match ups out the window.

Rigo almost lost to Cordoba so Donaire was supposed to destroy him riiiiight? Zzz
