Khan might not be the most deserving but the fight will do really solid numbers, A Khan vs. Mayweather fight is more entertaining than Pac vs. Rios in my opinion. Its a good business move by Mayweather's camp to boost their numbers and have more leverage over Pacquiao in terms of revenue split. That is if they ever call Bob -___-

        where?

        Question.
500k buys. Does anyone know if this was American Buys or Asian buys?

I ask becausse if i am not mistaken, in China it was going on sale for 5 dollars. If this is 300,0000 buys for 5 dollars then this really did not generate much at all

This might just help the Mayweather vs Pac fight get made.
That's all I care about because these numbers don't pay my rent.

Glorified ass whooping. Was never meant to be a PPV success.
Pretty much. Undercard was ****, too, just awful.

Come on Bojangles don't cosign that BS. It is not rational to believe the ppv was set up not to be a success. TR announced Manny was guranteed $18 mil and expected him to make $30 mil. WHat ppv is designed to be both unsuccessful and net the a-side an addional amount that high?

What is interesting to me is the significant drop off following manny losing. A lot of posters say floyd's ppv sales will drop as soon as he loses because a good percentage of buys are made just to see him lose.

Manny lost and his ppv sales plummeted somewhere betwen 700-800k units from the JMM fight. That is ASTOUNDING. There is no way TR figured this would happen.

400 - 500k for 2 fighters coming off losses. Has that ever even been achieved before in the history of the sport?

What was Floyds comeback fight #s against Guerrero again?

You actually are tryiong to make this a record for most ppv's sold by guys coming off losses. that is pathetic even for you.

When your previous fight sells 1 mil ppv's and your next sells under 475k-its not an achievement no matter how you try and spin it.

The estimates for floyd ghost are 890k -1 mil units sold.
