I thought he clearly said they're willing to buy Pac outta his TR contract for a night. So that eliminates the issue os Pac being undr contract with Arum.

The article was a good read. Honestly, the only loser in this equation is HBO. I think Pacquiao would get a bigger offer this time, even if it is a flat rate, just because GBP and Showtime will make their undercard spectacular and the fight would probably break the sales record. Hell, show the first few undercards live on HBO?? Kinda like UFC on ****e before the their PPV's. Make the fight!

Even when Floyd was with Top Rank it seemed like they couldn't stand each other. Add to that he couldn't get a big fight until after he left Arum, plus Floyd says he still owes him money from the Judah and Gatti PPV.

Arum's mouth says Floyd when its casual talk but when serious fight plans come up its always "Bradley or Marquez is next". Even after Pac's win when asked, Floyd did not come out of his mouth whatsoever, it was "uhhhmm let me ask promoters and we see what next". Arum is so full of ****. I wish Pac would leave TR and you would see how fast the Pac/Floyd fight was made (see Cotto). Arum never wanted it and never will want it. So Roach can talk all he wants about how Pac will now beat Floyd for sure after that Rios win....seriously lol? Does Roach believe his own BS? I really wonder. They brought in a guy who literally was tailor made for them and they still could not even discourage, hurt, drop or stop the guy. Even after you could tell Pac was not pleased with his performance. He still got hit more than he should of and this was against a guy who doesn't have 1/4th the speed or skill/technique Floyd does. Man please lol.
