Pacquiao PPVs never have a good undercard. That's not new.

Im actually shocked that he ADMITS to the low numbers, could this mean that PPV sales were really around 200,000-300,000.

$8/hr at McDonalds in the US are slave wages. The money they pay to those workers overseas aren't exactly $8/hr wages. You probably never been to anywhere except to the mountains in your State have you?

Arum hardly spend money on promotion. He doens't even support Manny with strong undercards. Schaefer/Showtime spends more than what they make.

SHO lost $12 million in the Guerrero fight. They most likely lost millions in the Canelo/Floyd fight if you figure the truckloads of expenses they spent organizing the fight. Expensive Mayweather with $40 million guarantee, expensive Mexican undercards to support the so-called cash cow, expensive tour, expensive weigh in, expensive Access production produced by amateurs, you name it.

That's probably why Showtime is reaching out. They can't afford to lose any more millions making another Floyd fight. They'll go bankrupt.

It's bad solely based on the fact that

            A) Manny could've had the Marquez fight but is too greedy, yet he does his biggest #'s with Marquez lol

            B) This is Team Manny who was demanding 50/50 when it's clear he was generating far less than his PPV counterpart Mayweather. This is like Delahoya/Trinidad where Trinidad accepted much less despite having a large fanbase but knowing his role anyways

I'm guessing Golden Boy earns what we call porridge profits from Mayweather fights.

Still, they get to brag having Floyd as a Golden Boy fighter.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and watched for free. The fight wasnt worth buying, Rios had no chance, so why would i waste my money. If Mayweather fight Khan im not buying that either just like i didnt buy when he fought the Ghost.

In all honesty, this is good for boxing. Manny vs Floyd is only one more Manny PPV flop "if true" away. With one more flop manny and Bob will have to accept just about whatever Floyd offers. Since Manny vs Floyd is the only fight most of you care about, this is GREAT news.

If it was held in the US it probably would have reached around 800k buys. 900k if it had a remotely decent undercard.
You are exactly right. But you really cant think that FloHos are going to comprehend common sense do you? They are about dumb as a box of rocks. But still valid and good point.
