As I stated before. Every fight isn't gonna be a superfight. So I'm not going ape**** about Fgloyd fighting a lesser opponent. Ward just fought Rodriguez. Pac just fought Rios. Its not against the rules to take a tune-up/stay busy fight between the big ones. And the beauty of being a fan is that if I'm not interested, I don't have to buy it. I don't see what's the big deal if it is Khan.
The big deal is that Khan has done jack **** at welterweight and shouldn't be given a get out of fighting Broner, Thurman, Alexander, or whoever else pass straight to the top.

With that said, Broner, Thurman and Alexander are also about 1 or 2 wins away from being able to get a shot at the top so I guess its not THAT big of a deal Floyd vacates at 154.

Most knowledgably people in the sport do not rank him above those like SRR, SRL, Ali, Duran. He's on the same level as other greats of the past 25 yrs: Pac, Whitaker, Jones

What has Manny Pacquaio done recently to support your claim that Floyd needs to fight him to cement his legacy? Because from where I'm sitting. He's a guy that's won one fight in two years. And that was against a second tier jr welterweight, coming off a loss, and making his welterweight debut.

Eh. I'd be flat out shocked if AB doesn't have a rematch clause in that contract.

I don't think Maidana is as marketable as Khan whether he beats AB or not. Khan has the UK fanbase and has already beaten Maidana, Judah and Malignaggi.

You just need a great PR team to elevate your status above them and he will still have that 0 which he can point at. You don't have to fool everybody, just the masses.

Plus patriotism will galvanised a lot to his rhetoric.

So what if the sport has suffered from Floyd's point of view, he is number one and he only looking out for number one.

Those hits you see on WSHH are paid for. If ya haven't figured out.
Broner is more than barely known; he got the 3rd loudest reaction at The One weigh-in. If Maidana beats Broner he's getting the Floyd fight next I will bet money on that

                    True and true.

As long as he has that 0.
