I for one am looking forward to the demise of the Khan hype. Truth is there arent many options out there and Khan presents one of the most lucractive of those few.

Yes, the luca will be substantial. Khan's fans live in hope of their fighter re-capturing some of that 'wonder boy' sheen of old. Khan has a negative notoriety, but it's still notoriety, and it should help promotionally.

not really - limited options for guys he will actually fight. bt 147-154 he could fight Pac, Broner, Bradley, Golovkin, maybe Martinez, or winner of Trout vs Lara. Any of those 5-6 would be waay better than Garcia who has as much of a shot as Guererro did. what a F***in joke.

Its not about who has the best chance to win its about who deserves to fight for the lineal welterweight title.

In case you haven't noticed, I have never said Floyd ducked Pac. Many times I have said both are Prima Donna's whose ego got in the way of making the fight. And my statement stands true, If Pac had said "Mayweather Who?", Floyd fans would have this up over 25 pages.

why would manny say "mayweather who"? manny had never question floyd's relevance. it is in floyds character to say those things. remember "easy fight" "one dimensional" "no longer relevant" now "who". it doesn't matter when manny was p4p no 1 and now (presently) p4p no 7. they had been both prima donna's but pacquiao clearly wants it after the first negotiation- mayweather never showed interest but only got silly replies.

There's no way Floyd fights Khan instead of Danny. No way.

I think Khan-Guerrero will happen, and the winner of that will fight Alexander-Porter winner or Broner-Maidana winner.

The Garcias have already stated that they are in no rush to fight Floyd and they have to test the waters at WW first. I think the winner of Thurman-Soto should fight Danny next at WW, and the winner of that fight should fight Floyd in September. Right now, I'm still hoping that Mayweather-Khan won't happen, but from Richard Schaefer posing in a picture with Khan next to "Mayday" poster, to Khan announcing he'll fight in May, and Mayweather Sr being as vocal about the fight as he was before Mayweather-Guerrero was announced, it's too obvious that the Khan fight will happen next.

The only way I will give Floyd a pass for Khan as a showcase is if Showtime is serious about making the Manny in September than let him fight Khan to get used to seeing somebody with very fast hands and movement. But I just don't see Floyd fighting Khan he's waiting for somebody to look good in these next two weeks to create themselves withem hoping secretly Maidan Ko's Broner.

Khan beat Maidana. I'd take Khan over Chino in a heartbeat. How can Chino even hop, skip jump Devon who beat him 10-0? Floyd/Chino would be worse than Pac/Rios.

Danny Garcia will likely IMO fight Khan as the co-feature for that May 3rd card. They know he is a year away from a Floyd fight. Khan is talking a lil bit to much for me think he's getting the fight.

that's the truth - although Arum didn't want it either as he had almost as many excuses as Floyd did - wit Manny's cut, buiding a stadium, etc
