Ward beats both guys at LHW IMO and I'm a huge fan of Superman and the Krusher. Ward should stay at SMW and let LHW clear up a little more before he moves up.

how much money you think he's getting to fight chavez? that fight's probably not even ppv. martinez only got 1.5 million to fight chavez. ward just made 2 million to fight rodriguez and he's not a draw at all. why would chavez give him anymore than 2 mill? wouldn't make sense.

Oh I totally agree. He is looking at 1.5 plus upside. They would have to put it on PPV to elevate the purses to a more acceptable level, and YES, AMAZING point, Chavez does not draw anymore, he has alienated his fans. The Vera turnout was a joke, so forget a supplemental gate. PPV is the ONLY way that fight gets made. A license fee from HBO will not cover both fighters, or Arum.

yes because kovalev or Stevenson would be calling for a fight with the 2nd best fighter in the world in ward. ward would be calling for a fight with a guy he beat already in froch. a guy who has no chance in chavez jr. and a guy who hasn't even fought another champion in his own weight class in golovkin.

I am just saying-it is a bit double standards if LHW are asking for a Ward fight, and Ward also asks to fight MW...

Personally, GGG has gained some attention and can fight with SMW...just the same as Ward CAN fight at LHW...the fact is,they wanna stay in their weight classes.
