Yes this is good news! I hope that it would be made very soon, as they're aging really fast now. Floyd is slowly losing his stupendous footwork, pac's killer instinct is no where near now than he was pre-bradley fight.

He's secretly trying take both Mayweather and Pacquiao off the HBO network; Which is almost certainly a deal breaker and is likely not going to happen.
