Pacquiao won the first fight but lost his belt. Both guys should want this fight now. Pacquiao should be aiming to win his title back and Bradley should be out to get a legit victory. It just makes sense for them to settle it once and for all.
Bradley vs Pacquiao II, no excuses for the loser.

Bradley landed plenty of shots on Pacquiao to the body and head but they werent hard sounding and most were not head snapping.exactly which head and body shots by bradley were you talking about? some fool tried to put a highlight of bradley's shots during that fight in another thread and he had to include punches landed on pacs arm and shoulder due to the lack of cleanly landed shots. as for excuses, pac wasn't the one riding a wheelchair after the fight, claiming he hurt both feet (after running around the ring for most of fight). I want the rematch too, maybe bradley will do better this time but let's not fool ourselves into believing that bradley did anything in the first one. rios did more damage on pac than tim did.
I'll watch the fight again and post exactly in what round and exactly what time on the rounds did Bradley land his shots.
IMO Its not crazy to think Bradley actually won the fight because JUDGING CRITERIA TECHNICALLY DOES NOT SCORE A ROUND FOR ONE GUY IF HE LANDS 5 HARD PUNCHES WHEN THE OTHER GUY LANDED 12 SOLID PUNCHES.
Effective punching to me means that one dude wobbled or clearly hurt/stung the other dude.
If one dude lands 3 hard punches but the other dude lands 7 solid punches some people will go with the hard punches some will go with the solid ones because he "SCORED MORE".
It was a closer fight.Comment

No more excuses for Bradley perhaps because Pac dominated the first fight like no one has against Bradley.Comment

BS Pacman has always not been the favorite vs Mayweather. Mayweather is still not a huge favorite either way after Pacquiao got put to sleep.
Some folks here may believe he should get no credit like you but thats not the majority.Last edited by shacasulu; 11-26-2013, 10:39 AM.Comment

Your 1st sentence pretty much summed it up. The other sentence is plain ******ed.
Floyd has always been the favorite true. But now it's no doubt in the minds of anyone with sense just how much more he'd be favored. In short he should be favored even more since the obvious decline in Pacman.
Sorry kid, there's no ignoring these things.Comment

No, he just hasnt done very much since then or before. His great defense coupled with his laziness and safety first approach to choosing opponents has kept the wear and tear down. That should be obvious to anyone that doesnt have their tongue firmly jammed inside a TMT hoop.Pacquiao showed he still got something left by beating a limited but tough and solid fighter in Rios.
Good job by Pacquiao in treating a C level fighter like a C level fighter.
Pacquiao I think also answered the chin question if he it was dented or broken. He said he got hurt but we never saw him wobble ever which I remember was the case with Hatton when after Mayweather knocked him out, Hatton's chin was not the same. Feather fisted natural lightweight Lazcano damn near knocked out Hatton.
Pacquiao is back and hopefully fights either Bradley or Mayweather.
If its Bradley I'll be excited because I never saw this wide lopsided win for Pacquiao. The fight was closer than you think and Bradley was not given credit for his body and head shots. If the rematch happens and Bradley wins no excuses of "Manny is shot now so Bradley gets no credit!" BS. NO EXCUSES
If its Mayweather well the fight is a lil late and I know clowns here talking about "Pacquiao is not in his prime so, no credit to Floyd!" LMAO so since 2009 Floyd somehow stayed in his prime and didnt age??? GTFO
NO EXCUSES FOR NOBODY.Comment

If a football stadium was filled and someone said those who thinks Bradley won I can guarantee you would be the only one standing by yourself against 50,000 person'sAgain most people IMO are not giving credit to Bradley's work. His body shots and headshots were not getting the credit because they were not really hard or didnt sound hard.
For instance in round 7 Bradley clearly won that round, he didnt dominate but he clearly won it yet you had the HBO crew swinging on Pacquiao's nuts and called the round for Pacquiao.
Since there is actually not alot of objectivity in the scoring criteria its not ****** if people like Brian Kenny saw Bradley win the fight.
Its the HARD PUNCHES VS SCORING POINTS debate which if you actually read the judging criteria it doesnt favor any side of the debate.
I know clowns going to say "BUT BUT ITS NOT AMATEUR BOXING!!!" THEN CHANGE THE FREAKIN JUDGING CRITERIA BECAUSE THE JUDGING CRITERIA DOESNT SPECIFY THAT HARDER PUNCHES WINS THE FIGHTS.
I want either Bradley vs Pacquaio II or Mayweather vs Pacquaio.Comment

The world knows who won that night. No more of that crap.
Everyone knows Bradley got a gift win and a big sum of money from the first fight with pac. 99% of the press saw bradley lose and the whole world to go with it to the point that he had to go on a wheel chair after the fight.
Giving Bradley a 2nd shot is like offering him more money (in millions of dollars) with a fight he doesn't deserve. It wasn't even close. You only fight a 2nd bout if it was close. The guy lost in the eyes of the majority. 99% of boxing press know Pac won that fight.Comment
