That would be good imagine Froch's ego if Groves fought Ward ahead of him- I like where you're coming from.

Groves said he was gonna jab Froch and hit him with the right hand whenever he wants

      Froch Laughed

Round 1 - Groves did exactly what he said he was going to do

      Froch went on his arse

      We laughed!

I used to like Froch but my opinion of him has completely changed during the build up of this fight

I hope they do the rematch and Groves KOs him!!

Froch looked a little bit old, but he performed as usual (overall)...
Actually, Groves doesn't need the rematch -- he proved himself quite a lot...
I guess that Froch would want to cash out now, somewhere outside UK... But it's only my guess...

Its funny to see Froch trying to convince himself he was going to win via KO

He is in total denial, he was out boxed, KD and struggled with a guy who he claimed was just a kid

His ego is bruised, and his reputation in tatters, he has no option but to fight Groves or retire, anything else he will look like a disgrace

and he stands no chance against Ward and the Kesller fight is now not important anymore in the British publics eyes

It's actually perfectly plausible considering he had Groves badly hurt in the middle of the 9th round.

                What a load of nonsense.

You have some serious issues with the guy but no one in world boxing has given the sport more in the last 10 fights home and away, and he's not about to stop. Nothing against Groves, did very well, but Froch deserves respect, lots of it, not what you're dishing out.

The sport needs more fighters like Carl Froch, watch him take and win that rematch too.

Badly hurt my arsee, he was still throwing punches and had his hands up

Amir Khan is badly hurt in all his fights and has won 97% of them

Groves was no way in Khan territory, also ive seen Groves badly hurt before and come back and win the fight.

Froch had nothing left in the tank, pitter patters, ref came in and saved Eddie Herns prize fighter, it was a fix. in reality if the ref cared about ones health, he should have stopped it in round 5, when Froch took 5 rights to the face and didn't throw anything back.

“I think I’ve earned myself a position where I don’t have to offer anyone a rematch. I’ve fought everybody and I will fight anybody. I said to Eddie Hearn after the fight: “If the rematch makes sense why not?” I’m not going to say no if it makes sense to do it.”

Carl "the warrior" Froch knows the next time he fights Groves, he's doomed.

he did exactly that! he did turn the fight around, he was hammering him with clean punches & he would have finished him off or at least dropped him with over a minute to go. froch is a 12 round fighter & he has proven it time & time again. I saw him getting beat until the 2nd half of the fight. he did start tagging him & groves was starting to gas. froch turned it on & was close to finishing him. just my opinion. I had groves out 78-73(6-2 with extra point) going into that round...
