Checkout both fighters forearms and wrist. Pac's forearm is thicker in wrist and forearm. That alone is a sign who is a bigger puncher.

Thomas Hearns is much smaller then Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran, Marvin Hagler, Pipino Cuevas, and Wilfred Benitez but he hits harder then all of them. Power comes from the feet being planted and getting your body weight behind each blow. I was a boxer for a long time and know.

I agree with the power comes from the feet, but it's common knowledge bigger wrist. Translate to harder puncher. Trainers look for that when finding a good boxer to train. Boxing 101. It's one of those tell tale signs.
