This is probably the best I've seen Rios look. But I don't think he will be all that effective up at WW.. Pacquiao is going to be a lot faster, rougher and tougher than Rios is expecting he's no different from Margarito, Clottey..ect who were much bigger and physically stronger than Rios btw...

I don think those weights are right. I think it's a misprint. The Thai guy is listed as a light weight on boxrec and I think Verdjo would look a lot softer than he does if he really weighed in at WW.
