And Pacquiao now demanding testing? Was that a smokescreen gone wrong because......... Rios accepted? I think it's great he finally came to his senses but applying your logic (I use the term loosely) shows how ****** it is.

Manny Pacquiao, despite agreeing in principle to stringent testing, has never partaken in it. It was stated, the potential for testing at anytime up to the fight doesn't mean it does happen, just that it could. Mayweather wasn't asking Pacquiao to do anything he wasn't prepared to do himself. If Pacquiao had "called Mayweather's bluff" (your words), we would've had a fight, but the fact is....... he didn't. Whatever he didn't like, cut offs or whatever, Pacquiao didn't agree to the conditions offered. And for FOUR YEARS after never ventured into testing even to show good faith..... until now. Now all of a sudden he thinks it's good for boxing. I'll ask again in enternal hope of a decent answer, why do you think he's finally made the leap from paying lip service to demanding it himself? Why didn't he know it was "good for boxing" when it really mattered?
What you're asking is irrelevant. Pacquiao didn't refuse extra testing. The cutoff was the issue. Which was hypocritical for the duck when his own testing is marred with cut off issues.

I rephrase what I mentioned earlier. If Pacquiao called your idol's testing bluff, Mayweather would have come up with another excuse not to fight. You're assuming that had Pacquiao called his bluff, Mayweather will say yes. Only thing we can get from it is Mayweather would have been exposed early and none of these discussions would exist. I repeat. Pacquiao made a mistake of not calling the duck's bluff right away.

They're not gullible. Most are fully aware that what they're saying is 100% bull****, and don't care. I would say that's closer to insanity.

If that was so infuriating to you, howcome you give passes to others like Ward, Hopkins, the Klitschko bros who refused testing, but their fights went ahead anyway... Mayweather's so-called testing never go beyond 14 days cut off. His last two fights were even questionable. Why aren't you even bothering to consider these things?

Show me exactly the procedures of these so-called tests that are different from what Pacquiao has agreed to. Berto and Peterson were caught by urine taken about three months before their fights.

Tell me exactly what these so-called tests are. How many blood tests taken, what date, etc. Provide me links.

Pacquaio refused the testing -- it wasn't about the 'brand'. Originally he refused testing completely. Then later, he began to compromise by requesting cut-off dates, which Mayweather did not want. And when Mayweather tried to compromise with 14-days, that was rejected by Pacquaio. Mayweather didn't even have to compromise, he could have just said NO, go to hell.

The very fact that Team Mayweather made an attempt to compromise also hurts your point in saying that they could have been bluffing. You can argue that Team Mayweather would have killed the fight through other means though (but it's not likely) since even the money (50/50) was agreed upon. And the money usually is the number one deal breaker.

Berto wasn't caught three months before the fight. Peterson was caught very early though.

WHen you are at work, and you ask someone, "do you want fries with that?", when they say "no" do you interpret that to mean they really want fries but they are ducking/avoiding them? of course not-you think they simply don't want fries and you say "ok", take their money/card and go to the next customer.

WHy is it so hard for you to understand that floyd went on to the next customer because manny didn't want to fight?

                  • The real bottom line is, "Do you believe Pacquiao is afraid of Mayweather?"
If you believe so then Paqcuiao ducked Mayweather. Be honest with yourselves.

                    End of story.
