What I'm asking you is very relevant. We have a boxer that was reluctant to do stringtent blood testing and although agreeing in principle, was happy to carry on without it while many boxers were getting with the program. Then he 180s, starts demanding it, saying that it's: "good for boxing" and you don't see the irony, and feebly try to pass it off as irrelevant instead of answering honestly? I think you're the one with the idol here and can't face up to a simple question because of it. So, why do you think Pacquiao is now demanding testing? Why did it take him four years to realise it's good for boxing?
You're basically saying that "agreeing" to RANDOM testing- only if you know when it's NOT going to happen, or you won't do it, is not the same as refusing random because you don't know when it COULD happen? That's spin at its best!
Once more, stating that Mayweather would've found another excuse if Pacquiao had agreed to the terms on random testing at the time, is only your speculation. Everything was agreed so that would've been very difficult. His behaviour since has been downright childish though.
