You gotta be an idiot to constantly claim it's Arum that's blocking the fight.

It's not Arum who demanded the strictest testing to one particular boxer in the history of the sport. It's not Arum who said he's going on a long vacation and spend time with his family. Turned out that he spend time with Don King for a month or so, then came back demanding $100 million.

It's not Arum who opposed Pacquiao training in his own country. It's not Arum who phoned Pacquiao and offered him zero PPV. It's not Arum who said Arum has to disappear first before the fight happens. It's not Arum who said Pacquiao has to avenge his loses first. It's not Arum who demanded that Pacquiao has to join TMT first. You name it.

The guy is scared... he always comes up with excuses not to fight the Pacman.

Why can't the fight be on both HBO and Showtime?

It's 2013 so why not let both networks show the fight with their own subscribers getting access? What is so complicated? There it is solved both HBO and Showtime will show the Floyd-Manny fight and the fans can pick what station they enjoy more. let the rating then decide who gets the big fights in the future.DUH?

It wasn't floyd who refused to fight in 09, it wasn't floyd who turned down $40 mil.

This fight won't ever happen until pac n his team let TMT get the lion share. Mayweathet offered pac 40mils (15-20mils more than he will make fighting anyone else) and he turned it down. Mayweather sells more tickets, PPV buys and is the bigger star than Manny and should receive the lion share. Once that gets resolved, fight is on!
