Groves is a good kid. Talked a bit too much pre-fight, but backed it up. He's definitely a fighter to watch.

He did hit him with some flush punches at the end but Groves coulc have made it out of the round imo. I think he was tiring out and Froch was getting more aggressive, thus creating openings and opportunities and would have seriously hurt and/or stopped Groves the next round.

Oh okay I see. If Froch could have legitimately stopped him with controversy, that would have been a comeback for the ages. Groves was very tired, Froch had a chance. Great fight and I did have points on Froch, but I feel for Groves. Gutting to hear him in the post fight interview. He was so close to winning the big one.

He just got booed by the crowd for winning because of the refs bad decision.

The only reason Froch even had a chance to win was Groves getting too greedy, burning up too much energy when he had the fight in control...**** stoppage, GRoves was clearly the better guy...he may have ended up losing because he was running out of gas but he was still so much better than froch that he may have regrouped..

This! Groves was fighting like he wanted the KO, always tried to throw in between Froch's shots and was over-extending himself.
