Ward in beating E-Rod as a LHW has now twice beaten the lineal LHW champ.

The only thing was Rodriguez wasn't eligible to win the belt because he missed the weight.

Exactly the same as a fighter losing their title on the scales but the challenger is still competing for the title.

When Broner missed weight against Escobedo, was that a Ligthweight fight? No, it was a Super Featherweight fight and the Super Featherweight title was on the line and if Escobedo won he'd have been the Super Featherweight Champion of the world.

Like I said, how can it be a Light Heavyweight fight when Ward was defending his Super Middleweight title?
Ward had no chance of losing his title to E-rod even if he lost and E-rod had no chance to win it so the title was not defended, if it was a super middle weight fight it would have been for the title.

Forget about what it was advertised as and just focus and E-rod fighting as a LHW which he had a lineal title claim to for a minute, he was a LHW in the fight fought and lost to a man weighing less than 175 officially so I see no argument as to why Ward can not and should not be considered the LHW champion.

Yes he could lose it. If he lost the fight his title would have become Vacant. It was still a Title defense of his Super Middleweight title. This is a fact.

Why he shouldn't be considered the Lineal LHW Champion is because he's never had a single fight at LHW.

Rodriguez wasn't the Lineal Champion anyway which has been broken down in this thread. And even if he was, Ward still wouldn't be it because again it wasn't a LHW fight.
