Rodriguez has a punchers chance. It's good that he can punch because I don't see anybody beating ward if it goes 12 rounds. Nobody is going to outbox ward so if you can atleast punch you atleast have a punchers chance.

Hopefully we'll see him fight 3/4 times next year & I really hope one of them is a rematch with Froch in the UK.
I think Ward vs Froch II in the UK or Ward vs Chavez Jr. is next. He wants $$$ and there aren't many names in SMW to make it with, as he's been clear he doesn't want to move up just yet.

Ward definitely needs more activity. At least twice next year.

ONly way he gets Chavez Jr. is if he signs with TR and would be interested to see if he actually goes to the UK

Ward is the favorite, but i give any undefeated prospect/contender a chance

edwin looked good vs grachev, and ward has been off along time and injured,,,,

timing is everything in boxing and edwin is coming off his best performance and ward has been on the shelf,,,

i favor ward 75/25,, but if he is rusty or gets injured during the fight, edwin has a great chance of beating him,,,

That's a big thing for me.

If Ward goes into the lions den & does a number on Froch I'll be really impressed.

He does have to sign with TR? I thought maybe HBO could help force Arum's hand to work with Goossen on this fight. HBO seems to want to find a PPV opponent for Ward, be it GGG or Chavez Jr.

He may go to the UK, he may not. I just think at some point, the $$$ is going to be hard for him to ignore.

Or he could avoid all this hassle and just move up to LHW where there are plenty of guys he could fight.

True. I guess what I'm saying is that I really haven't seen any improvement in Edwin, technique wise, since that fight. He fights about the same as he did then and he was just so easy to get to for Rosinsky on the inside.

But that's why they fight the fights!
                OVERALL Rodriguez HAS improved.

And since then he has fought different styles which can only help with experience. Experience is something you can't teach and something that plays a big role.

For the record, I'm picking Rodriguez cause I like him but I dont think he wins. I give him a slight chance.

                  Here's to hoping.

Rodriguez will bring a style that could make a rusty Ward look less than P4P material
