(what i mean by war torn is most of the guys have already fought each other. & it's even been cleaned out) but even still it's light years past 160 (which is sad)

I never said middleweight was better than 168, I said 168 was ridiculously overrated (which it clearly is) and that the only legitimately good fighters there are Ward and Froch.

Middleweight isn't really that bad (as I said it usually get's underrated), it's a decently competitive division. Maybe the top guys aren't ridiculously good (perhaps w/the exception of GGG and a healthy Sergio) but the top 20 guys are pretty game when compared to other divisions w/less depth.

He's far from a coward, he fought Sergio in Argentina and Sturm in Germany. He's just not ******, knowing he has no chance of winning, and a very good chance of getting destroyed. See what happened to Macklin, from legit to bum in 3 rounds. Sure the money is good, but nobody wants to fight the guy so the money will be there any time, maybe even more of it.

It's a good point. Now that I checked the ratings, SMW top 10 is filled with unremarkable prospects (Tommy O, Groves, DeGale, Rodriguez), shot guys (Kessler, AA), and middling talents (Stieglitz, Bika who barely made it past average Periban)
