So I guess you called Ward ordinary before he was proven? I didn't.
Alot of people still talk about that fight in the olympics,ur vote is gonna be on what style you like aggresivnesd or slickness your choice...but ive always said ward had talent and that he was gonna be a great fighter..look at him now hes the #2pound for pound and alot of people on here think ggg will run through him

theres mayweather, sweet p. b hop. tony, jones jr. oscar is a little lower in the ratings but he's still greater then anything from the soviets in the last 20 years. timothy bradley (HOF and great potential at ATG status) ward also has great potential (he's already HOF and dam near a atg)

worldwide? Marquez, Barrera, Morales, Pacquiao. (cotto is a first balled HOF and great potential at ATG status)

since I gave you a list, name one ATG from the soviets in the last 22 years.
Of those, only Floyd turned pro in 20 years, which was your criteria. DLH was close, but he's not really an ATG. It's a shame, you were so proud of that argument. I understand the trend is making you uneasy and you may have to turn to a more parochial sport like the NFL

You were saying a loss makes a fighter ordinary. So we have

ordinary fighters: SRR, SRL, Greb, Ali, Hopkins, Toney, RJJ, Armstrong etc
special fighters: Floyd, Ottke, Calzaghe, Cuenca etc

Funny thing it's you that insists Calzaghe and Ottke were ATGs

Wladimir Klitschko is a future HOFer.

I thought you should call every fighter ordinary until they prove themselves?

Yeah no **** RJJ is way greater than Joe IMO, but not according to you. Ok, if you insist, Hagler was also an ordinary fighter according to your criteria, as was Hearns, as was Sal Sanchez.

David Rodriguez OTOH is extraordinary. ATG Harry Simon >> Azumah Nelson
