International Title, but we're talking about WORLD TITLES here you ****** Kneecan. And on the topic of Mikey Garcia being American, did you guys not hear him thank the people of Michoacan, Mexico in the post-fight interview? He wasn't thanking Americans. And Mikey and Robert Garcia say they're MEXICAN, you don't hear them saying they're American. On the other hand, Danny Garcia says that he is American, he doesn't say Puerto Kneecan. That's not saying he doesn't respect his Puerto Kneecan roots, but he says he is American.
    Stfu bro!!! My goodness.....

Thing is, these same idiots would be saying Mikey is 100% Mexican if he was a drug dealer or gang member. He's a world champion boxer and he gets to be American....hahaha

Garcia considers himself American. Vasquez Jr. holds an irrelevant title.

I can't remember when Puerto Rican boxing has ever looked worse. Usually if you don't have champions you at least have up and coming prospects and the Puerto Ricans don't even have prospects! Other than Jayson Velez and Verdejo, who is at least 2 years away from a title shot.

Puerto Rican American =/= Puerto Rican. Sure, they're both American citizens via territory status or otherwise, but there is still a difference. The distinction is that puerto rican americans aren't figured into the "PR Champ" category. They're in the American category. At least that's how most people make that distinction. I don't think people are saying that DG does not have Puerto Rican heritage or ancestry, they're just saying he's puerto rican american, not puerto rican. The same can be said about Mikey Garcia, nobody is saying he's does not have Mexican heritage/ancestry, but he's Mexican American. That is, he was not born in Mexico.

Not like it matters that much, but some people care I guess.
When I used to drag race we would go to Jersey for the PanAm nationals Puerto Rico VS United States and If we wanted to compete we had to be in team U.S. because we live here. So I know what your saying.

Danny actually used to have the P.R. flag on his trunks when his fights first started being televised but after one of his fights I think it was the first Eric Moralez fight that he did the speech about Puerto Ricans and fellow spanish people he got a lot of hate from P.R. I remember being on here and arguing with some of the Ricans from P.R. that he was just as Puerto Rican as them and they just made fun of me and said no he is not. So please don't try to claim him now that you guys don't have any champs, he belongs to us American Ricans.

Check out this link and pay attention to Angel. He says they need to start giving him love especially PuertoRico. So that means they didn't want to give Danny no love, other wise why would he say it like that. You guys didn't
want him and didn't show him no love so now it's to late you can't have him he belongs to us.
