IIRC Sergio had to fight the WBC just to be able to make a optional defense in Argentina. Shame that the WBC continues to play hardball with Sergio considering how loyal he's been to the sanctioning body.

We've not yet seen the best of Canelo... a 23 year old fighter. He just fought the wrong fight vs Floydie. Should've waited a year or so, and went jihad on Floydie's butt. Then the results would've been better. Never win trying to out-box Floydie.
