How in the hell did Gary Russell Jr. get a mando spot? That's fucking disgraceful.

I don't think Donaire's power is coming up with him. He might KO Vic but that's about it.

Usually fighters want to avenge their losses Donaire could have, and i think will look boring against Rigo who is a counter puncher because he is one himself, and once he got tagged enough times he went from aggressive to trying to counter again, the two don't have to meet again but is Rigo really that much of an unmovable obstacle for him that he doesn't even want a rematch at all? Not even want it a little???? That is very un-warrior like makes me think Donaire isn't 100% about boxing after that fight. Instead goes up, and it sounds like he is checking out the cherries who he can pick to rebuild his name.

Only thing he can do to get his status right away being at 126 w.o ever facing Rigo is Fire Garcia for being a mail in trainer then fight Mikey and spark him out instant p4p status regained lol

Or he cannot make the weight any more or he knows that HBO is not going to buy a rematch. They are the ones who backed out because of the first fight. Maybe he thinks Rigo is better than him and that's that. Garcia knows Mayweather is better than him and decided not to pursue the Mayweather fight so fighters are capable of knowing their limitations and maybe Donaire knows his. But Rigo's existence should not revolve around Donaire.

No Lomachenko. No rigondeaux rematch but a vic rematch. and when he moves up he'll hide behind the "same trainer" thing to not fight mikey G.

ARum is going to protect Nonito from here on out as much as he can. Rigo really exsposed his lack of skill.

well when someone gets badly outclassed like donaire did there's usually no desire (from fans, promoters, etc.) to see a rematch...do you see any of the guys that got outclassed for 12 rounds by floyd asking for rematches?
