Dawson and Cloud are. Bellew is a solid. Adonis is the only other guy O see a case for.

Stevenson and Kovalev both have the strongest case (assuming both win by KO on the 30th) both in terms of activity and performance. (4 KOs each).

Dawson > Cleverly (Both champions, but Dawson coming off loss)
Campillo > Cloud (Both ex-champions)
White > Boone

Bellew > Sillakh (Similar quality but Bellew has better resume).

Cloud is quality in the sense of a recent title holder. Entered on a two fight losing streak (Campillo decision stunk) but still a top ten Light Heavy with some good wins under his belt. Dawson might be finished (I think Stevenson could do that to any version of him; Dawson always a little chinny and Stevenson got nukes). As a body of work for the year, including the lineal crown at 75, good stuff. How he did it counts too. He ran over Cloud physically; hadn't been done before. Dawson one-punched was impressive.

I think Sosa's KO of Solis is superior. I think beating GGG is too. Bellew is a solid contender. He ain't better than Yaegashi.

GGG or Hopkins should not be a candidates for FOTY.Their opposition this year wasn`t all that.Floyd,Rigo,Stevenson and Danny Garcia should be candidates.

What wins were these exactly? His best win is an even fight with a washed up Glen. Cloud is hot garbage. Being a title holder is literally just a title and ignores the fact that he ******, not to mention there is no distinct accomplishment in order to obtain a title anymore.

Thats irrelevant, 'could haves' do not add credit to a win. Most would agree that Floyd would dominate any version of JMM, that opinion doesn't mean he should be credited more for the version he beat.

If Edgar Sosa beats Akira Yaegashi, it should be Sosa. No one else has THREE high quality wins this year. He would. Still a big if, but knocking off the lineal Fly king would be a capper.
