The effects of the KO have been overblown... Manny Pacquiao is still going to be Manny Pacquiao; against Rios, Manny's going to look like Pacquiao circa 2009.
People that think Brandon is being underestimated haven't done their homework.
It doesn't matter how big and strong Rios is, Pacquiao demolishes stationary defenses (defenses that include no foot movement) like Rios' especially when they're leaky as his is. Rios is going to try to press the fight behind a basic defense where he can't counter. Pressing Pacquiao without having an excellent defense and/or good foot movement is a death sentence (imagine what would've happened to Clottey if he didn't have his defense and toughness)...
Manny is going to average above 80 punches thrown and 25 punches landed per round until the ref or Garcia are smart enough to stop the demolition. Brandon gets visibly hurt without going down at any point, the fight is over because he won't be able to survive against Pacquiao on the retreat.
Hopefully, they don't prolong the agony... The last thing boxing needs is another fighter having to fight for his life after taking one too many head shots.

Rios sits between rounds while doing mitt work and gets his legs massaged. Never seen that at the elite level, gotta question his conditioning.

From that mitt work session, I can gauge that the Garcia's have developed an excellent game plan to fight Manny Pacquiao... but did they choose the correct one for Brandon Rios?
The problem is that the game plan is to be implemented by an an already excellent outside fighter, not for a Brandon Rios that isn't used to and hasn't been effective at fighting on the outside against opposition that isn't on the level of a Pacquiao. The Garcia's must think that Rios will be able to adapt to and be effective with this style after 1 training camp, but they're going to find out that 1 training camp is not enough to develop the habits that he will need for this fight.
Rios is going to realize that he is not being effective at fighting on the outside as the fight gets increasingly one-sided. As soon as he realizes it (if he hasn't gotten stopped before arriving to that conclusion), he's going to revert back to his signature style, and get hurt in the process.
This isn't Alvarado vs him, where Alvarado had the speed advantage and developed a good enough outside fighting ability to defeat him (we saw what happened when he faced a better pressure fighter in Provodnikov). This is going to look similar to Golovkin-Macklin except Rios is going to put up a more valiant effort (and take more punches in the process).

That video shows how slow rios looks. Slow foot work, no snap in his punches. And yes he's incorporating an outside strategy. That's not rios kind of fighting. He will get blitz doing that. Not his forte. And his punches are slow and easily anticipated by Pac. Very telegraphed or is it that it's just slow. I see another Margarito style beat down by pac.
