Same stance Pacquiao took against Floyd, not wanting to be dictated to.

Ward is being an idiot here, he ain't a foreigner so he can't play the role of idiot and hit us with that broken english. Ward is articulate, intelligent and he will get eaten up if he isn't careful here. He vocally advocated for drug testing in the sport and said he would even take it further than Floyd.
Floyd wasn't the challenger and look at what happen since PAC refused, people think he was cheating even casuals

Bit of a silly comment to make as it's their health at risk.
Fortunately they already do drug testing, oh but this is the interim VADA super champion diamond drug tests.

Again Ward has nothing to lose by taking the test, nothing. The "head games" and scrutiny that he has come under from him refusing are much worse then if he took the test.

Again Edwin is not forcing him to do anything, this is completely voluntary. Fight happens whether he takes them or not, yet he chase not because "nobody tells him what to do?" cmon
And he does want to prove he's clean. That's why he said he will start beginning in his next fight.
Whats wrong with him testing for his fight, he doesnt want to proof that he's clean for this fight?

Where are we with the OST denying people? Someone let me know
          Marquez agreed to testing

No, he's not obligated, thats the point. Why not voluntarily prove youre clean.

Ward has advocated drug testing for years, yet he has never 1) voluntarily signed up like Donaire and now Edwin have and 2) He has refused when called out on it, and also given a free opportunity

Fighters should want to prove themselves clean, even without any demanding it in their contract.

Offering before or after negotiations were finalized?

And he's had 1 fight on HBO a little over a year ago. Again he said he's looking into it and will do it on his terms.

I don't know. Why did Pacquiao wait until the Rios fight to start doing it? I'm sure they have their reasons. Ward is looking into it and will do it on his terms.

Wards reason was it costs too much.

That was like 2 years ago.

                    On his own terms? Cmon

Again, if you care about cleaning up the sport like Ward claims, it should not matter if it's offered before or after. And it was offered, not demanded. Only demands are required on contracts.

In fact, surprising Ward with the testing offer would actually be the most effective way to do it. If it was during negotiations, Ward would be given the head ups to clean himself up.

And who doesn't love surprise gifts?
