Surely you're not serious? You can just look at him and see his quality. He is tough, though. For sure.

So you wont even take BHOPs word for it. A living legend of the sport. The Man that was in the ring with him. I can see not taking shlt serious before a fight...but afterwards Bhop gave that dude much respect and credit. Said he would give any LHW a problem and run for the money. But you still disagree.

You can't watch that fight and not see at least a little bias going on from Smoger. He literally grabbed Murat's face and shoved him away.

I don't think Smoger was in B-Hop's pocket. But, something about Murat definitely got under his skin and he definitely let B-Hop get away with more than he was letting fly with Murat. All in all, I didn't have a major problem with he he ref'd the fight. But he did cross the line pushing Murat, in the face no less. And he did it twice. I wouldn't have faulted Murat at all if he had turned around and hit Smoger square in the mouth.

Both men got in a few headbutts..Smogger saw Murat do it openly and intentionally at the end of the twelve. It was Murat's sort of F-You to Bernard. Could Smogger have handled it differently? Yes. Did he do something out of context? No. Anything could've ensued, Murat could've kept going after Bernard, Bernard could've tried to retaliate. He deaded the situation then and there. That's a good move.

Now onto some real talk...23 title defense in total for Bhop. Does that move him up your atg list?

that was probably the best hopkins fight i've ever seen....and i know that ppl are gonna say, "murat sucks, he's no where near the top level" "hopkins was dirty" "smoger was pro hopkins" blah blah blah...at the end of the day, a 48 yr old out worked and out boxed a 30 yr old

that in it of itself, is something special, at this stage in his career, every time that hopkins steps inside a ring its something special

Let me guess, there was hugging, there was touching, the referee ignored anything poopkins did and he probably warned the other guy for trying to fight....and i didn't watch.

It's ridiculous. Smoger allowed both guys to fight dirty, and got pissed only when Murat wouldn't listen. Hopkins never hit Murat while he was on the ground or 3 seconds after Smoger broke up a clinch. Why would he get pissed at Hopkins?
