Both are leagues better than anyone Brook has faced.
Have I said Brook has a better resume? No.
And sorry, hugging 150 times in 10 rounds is not beating someone with no trouble to me. It's cheating your way to a win. Alexander is very unimpressive in everything he does.
And yes, he beat Urango. What else has this guy done that is impressive to see?
At least Brook actually boxes the guys he's facing without doing the old scream n hug.

I don't see where I mentioned anything about resume.
Well he shut Maidana out, I think that's the epitome of not having trouble.
You asked for examples, not a list of examples.
You asked for examples I gave you two. Both of which are better than anything Brook has done to date.
I don't rate Alexander highly but he's shown to be a lot better than Brook at this point in time.
Brook's level of opposition has been pathetic and he's still shown glaring flaws in his game.
He is a far better fighter than Brook, he at least has some ring IQ, and you did put words in my mouth, you said I said someone was impressive when I said no such thing. I think don't think Alexander is impressive I think he is solid, something I would never describe Brook as.
How many of Brook's fights have you seen? Brook has decent ring IQ - he's a lot slicker than Alexander, little slower, bigger puncher, has better punch variety. I'm just not seeing what would make you say he would do him without much. Brook is not even solid now? lol. you must be joking.
Level of opposition has to mean something doesn't it?
Senchenko and Jones were literally feasting on bums.
Senchenko especially has never shown any signs of being a hard puncher.
Of course it means something. Nevertheless, this guy beat a couple of decent fighters. He'd never been down or significantly hurt and had a decent KO %. Let's not try and make him any worse than he was. It always happens when someone gets beat.
I likened this to the Cleverly-Kovalev situation yesterday. Cleverly got beat and then all of sudden he'd been feating on bums, had no chin, was crap, didn't have any skills.
It's just bs. Senchenko was a decent top 15-20 level WW and was recently a world champion. He stopped Ricky Hatton and is genuinely just decent.

You said it was better than anything Brook had faced. I took that as relating to his resume?
And just to clear this up, I don't think Brook is great or has a great resume. He clearly has a padded record. But he's also got some skills and a good chin. I like to watch him fight.
Alexander usually gets the job done, but it's not impressive. I just have a hard time believing he'll deal with Brook without much trouble. I just don't see it. He's just so basic.

Absolutely no way is Brook slicker than Alexander.

He's not worse than that.
Which decent fighters has he beaten?
Well, if it matters then it the "numbers" don't mean much, do they?
He hasn't been down because he hasn't fought a hard puncher in his whole career.
He has a good KO ratio because he's fought no one.
He's not a hard puncher and by the looks of things he doesn't have a very good chin either.

You seem to take what you think people are saying, and read it as that I didn't mention resume.
I said it's better than anything Brook has done, in response to your question, to further show that at this moment in time Alexander has been more impressive.
For the record, I don't think Alexander would dominate Brook I think it's a competitive fight. But that's JMO.
Absolutely no way is Brook slicker than Alexander.
Carson Jones wouldn't lay a glove on Alexander.

You saw what happened in the rematch. Jones took a beating. Alexander has been touched in the past too. It's not like he's a defensive wizard. He's quick. I'll give him that. He's quick with the hooks. But Kell has a better punch variety and has better head movement. Kell also has sublime footwork.
He beat that guy for the title. He looked alright. Of course they aren't elite. But they aren't bums either.
Who is not a hard puncher and who doesn't have a good chin?
