    Sort of like...

Floyd: "they say Floyd is scared, no Floyd ain't scared, floyd is smart. Floyd cares about his family and his health"

His response when asked if he's scared of Pacquiao.

Name me one fighter that jumped from 140-147 and fought Floyd in that next bout.

      I'll wait...

Hatton (previous 2 fights was at 140) and Marquez jumped from 135 to 147. Next question?

The point really is that before you take on a name such as Floyd, you need to do more than 0, 1 and even 2 fights at 147 unless you are already considered an elite fighter .... even then, good to have a few good fights at 147 under your belt.

Angel Garcia, the voice of reason! What he said is the truth. The only thing that he went overboard is when he brought up Lucas but everything else he was right on. Garcia needs to to settle in at 147 and if they see Danny isn't ready then they wait until he is ready.

Wished some of those other Floyd opponents would have waited some more.

I agree. Build him up first.

Respect. Like I've been saying, why would you destroy this young fighters career by feeding him to the best fighter of this generation? While Broner gets to take on easier opposition, learn, grow and maintain his undefeated record.

There are plenty of veteran champions that should be getting the opportunity from 147-154.

Garcia deserves the fight but taking it is setting him up for failure.
