Well I think Guerrero's credentials in multiple divisions surpass thoseof Rios. And bust on Berto all you want. But Berto did at least give Guerrero a legitimate welterweight win. And, Guerrero hadn't lost a fight in years. Compare that to Rios making his welterweight debut and coming in off a loss. And I'd say Ghost was a more credible opponent than Rios.
