Normally I would would agree with this except Khan has been down way too many times to non-punchers who were not world class fighters at the U.K. level. Khan was a KO waiting to happen long before the Prescott and Garcia fights.

He gets hit far too much, and is just ****** in the ring.

He gets so carried away with his speedy flurries thinking he's in control, that he becomes predicable and prone to big shots.

Difference is Pac is better, cleverer and can adapt.
