Bold prediction - Karass beats Thurman

He does.
He was down heavily against some journeyman not long back and admitted he was hurt by the rather light punching Jan Zaveck.
Just because he faced another puncher who with all due respect to was a glorified heavybag doesn't mean his chin is fine.
His chin has a question mark on it IMO he don't get a pass from me because he stopped one unknown quantity with power.Comment

He was "hurt" by Zaveck because Zaveck can ****, and he's one of the few honest fighters out there. He could've easily said the same thing most fighters say, "Ah nah man, that shot didn't hurt me at all, I didn't even feel it."He does.

well put, he beat down bums with accumulation and people are acting like this guy is a One Punch KO Artist lol.Thurman has a questionable chin and what are we basing Thurmans power on? Sure he can punch but who the hell is he stopping?
Karass has a granite chin and only been down once despite fighting guys who have carried their power upto middleweight.
Call me crazy I think Thurman has very good power but its not really one punch power, hes wearing down mainly non durable opposition via accumulation. I don't think his power is quite as proven as what others are making out.
I'm not so sure Thurman bombs Karass out, I'm really not.
Thurman best assets is his stamina, but guess what Karass has stamina as well.
Should be a interesting fight none the less but is Thurman gonna blow karass out Maybe but is it a fact like people making it out to be HELL NO.
PS: Still waiting for my refund from Keith "San Diego" Thurman from his last fight.Comment

Lol "san Diego" I'm guessing you were there for that fight as well
......idk I'm actually very excited for this fight and it's very interesting matchup mostly because I think soto-karass looked different in his last bout against berto than in his previous fights.....yea he still got hit a lot but hey that's karass but he didn't get hit as much and I actually saw him move way more than he ever has plus he knocked out berto and ye I understand berto is not doing so well but for someone like karass to just flat out knock berto out is something no one else has been able to do that to him......yea berto has been down before but not knocked out like that I mean the ref stopped it but he for sure wouldn't have lasted any longer.....I think he showed better skills in his last fight than ever so I'm really pulling for soto karass on this one
Ps soto karass deserved the knockout of the night bonus not Thurman smh lolComment

I'm not sold on Thurman but I'm also not skeptical enough about him to be predicting he gets beaten by Soto-Karass. The guy is a welterweight gatekeeper / fringe contender who got beaten twice by Mike Jones (who?) so if Thurman is at all a fighter of quality he should be able to get through this one.Comment

thurman is overhyped and will be embarassed
but idk bout karass
i do think its a tougher fight than most do for thurmComment

He clearly won the first fight dominating Jones after he punched himself out. Karass is also a much better fighter now he takes his training seriously.
It wasn't until after he lost to Rosado (a huge light middle now up at middle) his trainer told him he either got serious and went to Big Bear or he should quit boxing.Comment
