Has Floyd ever fought anyone with a similar style then Khan?
He is running out of PPV options there are not that many names at this weight that he hasn't fought.

Mayweather - Khan will not happen. It's all a plan.

I don't think this fight will happen next (May).

Mayweather is using Khan to get a rise out of fans, I believe. Majority of the boxing world know it is an undeserved fight for Amir. The closer the fight looks the more vexed the fans are getting.

He will come out with another opponent and everyone will over rate it as it will seem better than a Khan fight.

Mayweather IS negotiating with Team Khan but his intentions to fight him are false (just yet).

I do not remember the opponents name but he has done this before. Everyone hated the fight, he named a different opponent out of nowhere and everyone suddenly loved it.

The fight would happen, Mayweather and Showtime have zero choice because this is the only fight that brings them the money that they want.

He don't want no part of Arum, which means both Pac and Bradley is no go.

I believe the last option has zeroed in on maidana. cinco de mayo is a hispanic pull, in an economic sense, it has to cater to them, not the indians.

if its khan, they'd have to fight on thanksgiving weekend.

It will happen because Mayweather is too good for Khan, and this will bring big money to him.

Your probably thinking back to when he floated Devon Alexander's name last year and then fought Guerrero.
This is different, Khan is the most lucrative choice. Floyd Sr. all but confirmed the fight is next with his recent comments.
There is no other opponent that fans will accept over Khan. Pac or Bradley would be the only acceptable alternatives and neither is happpening.
Face it, it's Khan. Floyd fans would be better served thinking of how to justify this fight for their boy Floyd rather than being in denial.
