If not than Lennox would take over the later rounds.
I watched them spar when they were kids, Mike handled Lennox easily the fist day. The second day Lennox found his range and did well. The third day things got a little out of hand and Lennox left! Lennox accounted himself very well! Ray.
I agree with this. tyson early or lewis late

Emmanuel steward said that Mike was always intimidated by Lewis

. Mike had that bully mentality, and 6'6" 245lb of cool and relaxed lennox is just not the typical bully target

Lennox would need to be cautious early on, but also grab mike when he gets close and manhandle him, by round 5 it's lewis fight

A prime Mike Tyson was able to utilize his incredible quickness to get inside and damage the biggest of opponents.

A prime Lennox Lewis was arguably the greatest SUPER Heavyweight in terms of being able to fight tall. Post Steward, Lewis was a master of controlling distance, utilizing a great jab and one of the best 1,2s the sport has seen. He dropped that right hand down on shorter opponents so beautifully. Also, Lewis knew how to throw the upper cut. The biggest question mark would be if Lewis could take Tyson's power.

        Who wins?
If Rahman and Mccalll KTFO prime Lewis, just imagine what prime Tyson would have done to him! Case Closed!

Tyson I think would win. If a prime Rahman could KO Lewis, than an in his prime Tyson definitely can.

Tyson put the world on notice at such a young age and it's a shame what he put himself through, but I don't think he'd beat a prime Lennox Lewis if they ever met

It's hard to take seriously claims of "fan boy" and "d1ck riding" from someone who's proclaimed Lennox "the greatest heavyweight ever". Clearly Tyson has plenty of d1ck riders, but someone claiming Lennox is "the greatest heavyweight ever" proves that Lennox has his d1ck riding fan boys too.

Tyson takes Lewis in my opinion.

I seem to remember Tyson doing pretty well in the first 3 rounds against Lewis, also had him in trouble at some point in those rounds IIRC.

The Tyson that fought Spinks would of made Lewis look silly, sadly for Mike the version of Lewis he fought (who peaked much later in his career) made him look silly.

I just don't see how Lennox could survive long enough to negate Mikes speed and power.

                  Tyson KO inside 5.

I bet a lot of guys here commenting don't even know the history of these two fighters very well. They base their answers on biased feelings alone and it is obvious by some of their remarks. I'm old enough to remember both fighters well and I can say Tyson would have made Lewis gun shy by Tyson's ferocity alone.
