... Kovalev-Stevenson with Adonis playing Hearns' part?

I suspect that Kovalev will be stripped soon, because of no defenses...

I don't think that B-Hop is hiding... He's simply to old to cope with two guys...
I'll say it again: B-Hop should be given a statue in Philly and provided with a nice retirement ceremony...

              HBO rejected Hopkins vs. Stevenson

NEW YORK — Golden Boy Promotions chief executive officer Richard Schaefer told BoxingScene.com that HBO rebuffed his inquiry about making a Bernard Hopkins-Adonis Stevenson fight. Schaefer sent an email to an unidentified HBO Sports executive recently, but was informed in an email he said was returned a week later that the network wouldn’t televise a Hopkins-Stevenson fight. Hopkins’ last fight, in which the 48-year-old Philadelphia native won the IBF light heavyweight title from Tavoris Cloud, was broadcast by HBO.

                  Did I miss something?
I thought I just read that Stevenson will be fighting Bellew next. If he is looking past Bellew the way everybody else seems to be doing, he could be in for a shock.

That's the problem Bhop faces after he takes care of his mandatory. Since he cant fight Stevenson or Kovalev, I'm sure he'll TRY to get a bigger name from 168 like Froch, Kessler, or Bute if he were to beat Pascal. He may not get any of those fights and just retire.

I know right, Bellew is a terrific fighter and has come up the hard way. He will give Stevenson real problems and if this fight is a reality and if Stevenson looks forward to Kovalev, Hops, Ward and other big fights then he could be upset in front of his home crowd.

Personally, I don;t see Bellew v Stevenson happening next, no way does Stevenson risk a big money fight down the line.
