cotto fans have been spewing this crap since last night. all the sudden cotto isnt past it and the only reason he lost to trout was cause he wasnt focused, the trainer wasnt doing the right things. Pedro diaz worked cotto for floyd and "gave floyd hell" but he loses to trout and its diaz's fault lol. Trout beats this cotto 9/10 times, off night my ass

I thought Floyd said he doesn't take unnecessary punishment?

      Guess Floyd was lying again.

Cotto is much improved under Roach, more aggressive, back to his body attack pressure fightings, looking quicker sharper and in much better condition.

With Roach in his corner who has studied Floyd's style more than most, the new and improved Cotto with Roach in his corner will make the fight a lot closer, and last time out, you could find 4 round for Cotto.

      That said, it won't happen.

You are saying this without considering Mayweathers switch in lead trainer to his father. And that happened right after the Cotto fight. Unless you want to argue that the Mayweather today is not better than the Mayweather that fought Cotto.

No change in what Floyd does, only lower quality opponents that he is picking.

So Canelo wasn't a quality opponent? The same Canelo that beat Trout, who Cotto lost to and ended up with a badly bruised face?

                Triangles theories don't work dude.

Cotto was off his game that night, not motivated, lacked that since gaining revenge on Margarito, Has missed his sharpness and aggressiveness since the heavy defeats of Margarito and Pacquiao.

He is now getting that back under Roach.

I wasn't trying to prove a triangle theory. I was questioning your comment about Mayweather facing lower quality opponents recently. Because you indirectly say Canelo is a lower quality opponent. But if that's the case, then what is Cotto? And what is Trout?

Ok, maybe Cotto had an off night. But if you are going to suggest that, then anyone can also suggest that maybe Mayweather had an off night when he faced Cotto.
