clearly, you have a reading problem, not surprising really since you are a 2nd rate citizenMarquez... on his way out of the sport.
Cotto... wild card. We're not sure where he stands at the moment.
Pacquiao... good to hear he finally woke up from his November coma. Who do they have for him to fight? The Three Stooges? Rios, Alvarado, Provodnikov? LOL
Typical piece of trash Arum fan... this bozo didn't even name Rigondeaux on his list. How sad is that? Rigo makes Donaire look like the clown he is, and Donaire is the one still getting the fame, while Rigo has to sit back. Great stuff, HBO!
"and many more"
are you blind or do you have reading deficiencies?
lmao you making fun of pac fighting rios when floyd has fought guys like guerrero and ortiz, he even made a golf player walk out for his fight being boring, a golf player lol
jesus you could not make this up, please carry on being a ******
showtime have nothing, broner vs a bum
judah and paulie is their next big event, you heard right, the future of boxing, judah vs paulieComment

It was almost bad as Alvarez vs Mayweather or Guerrero vs Mayweather...:WORD: or Smith Molina fight...talk about barn burners. I had to be given a shot of Adrenalin to wake the *** up! Im gonna leave this thread choosing NOT to insult you.Povetkin vs. Klitschko on delay. What a barn burner that was! I was on the edge of my seat.
Terence Crawford being shoved down our throats. That fight even put old Bob Arum.to sleep. It could've been his old age, though.
****ty opponent for Cotto to make him look good. Big deal.
This was supposed to be a big show for them. Horrible.
Who's next for Cotto? Hearns coming out of retirement?Comment

all we know is showtime lied about the number floyd and guerrero did, they got exposed
but mind you, my post was a typo, they probably managed to break even now, after being -20m from floys vs guerrero, they may have reduced their overall loss now
I meant to have said they recently lost 20m, that shows how bad their events are
floyd vs canelo made serious money only for the fighters, showtime had 20m to make up or heads would have rolled
just wait until the next event, after the their last snooze fest, the numbers will be poor againComment

Meanwhile, these HBO 'tards will pay for a Bradley vs. Marquez PPV, and Pacquiao vs. Rios PPV.So u didn't appreciate the mastery of Crawford like Showtime exec Espinoza? or klits ability not to get hit clean? Why do I get the feeling that all these alts and fl0mos wouldn't be complaining had that line up been shown on Showtime? Did you miss that 75 dollar garbage called "the one?" At least this sht was free. hbo has had good fights and bad, same as Showtime, neither is done for it you pansy.
Too funny. HBO nut huggers aren't the smartest bunch, are they? Low IQ ****, they'll tap dance so that Bob Arum throws them a nickel.Comment

ts is making it seem like showtime have put on legendary entertaining fights lol when every single one of their events has been boring
I#m out of here too, its clear this guy is a floyd stan who is making this thread because floyd does not like hbo for dropping him on his ass after they refused to pay ****** money for his so called entertainmentComment

SHO has a few big stars from about 135 - 154. They have a business model based upon big events and a solid and dependable target demographic. What is it with you people and the ratings? This goes far beyond just ratings. Their overall product is trash. What's so hard to understand?
HBO has more subscribers than Showtime. And JC Jr. is living off his father's name.
Showtime has the better boxing product right now. Period.
Outside of these weights where there tends to be more international dominance SHO has almost nothing, Bhop might be able to pull off a coup by landing a Stevenson fight, but even that ain't looking that likely.
Kid C is locked out at MW. TR have the talent at 130 and down.
If you like what SHO does, fine, but if you look at the sport as a whole, HBO has far more bredth, and is also the one picking up the best new talent.
What's SHO gonna have when FMJ retires?
The big PPVs make for a great spectacle, but the massive expense, as we've seen doesn't guarantee either exciting fights or necessarily bring in bigger profits in the long run. PPV is just one particular marketing strategy, and not necessarily the best for all target demographics. If you prrefer SHO, fine, but if you think HBO are somehow 'done' then I think you might want to check out the line-up for the rest of the year, when SHO have....what exactly?
It ain't that I dislike SHO, I just find the discussion silly. Why not just watch the fights you like, whichever broadcaster airs them. For me that's HBO (have a preference for the MWs and up), but I don't resent SHO their 'Megafight' thingies.
Whatever you say, this has been one of the best boxing years for a while, why not just sit back and enjoy it, 'stead of moaning 'bout who shows what.Comment

What does this mean? Please speak English, sir. Your intellectual disability is on full display. Quit while you're behind, Corkie.
Yes, I'm blind, and have my deaf friend typing for me. I mean, really, this is your best?Comment

Holy crap... What's worse then promotional companies/network fanboys/**** riders? Jeez get off the computer man... all you do around here is post how HBO/top rank sucks. Get the **** over it and just enjoy boxing.
Yeah last night reallllllyyyyyy hurt HBO right, because they just put hundreds of millions in to those fights! Actually that was "The One." Alsmost all fights on there ******, yet you NEVER see people making the same posts you make except about Showtime/GBP.
Really just don't understand this small group of "showtime" elitists. Just does'nt make sense to me. Oh well
The funny part is a year ago you were probably all over HBO's jock. Just admit you like a certain fighter or certain type of fighters and you're mad HBO has guys that don't fit your agenda...Comment
