mosely didn't duck at all. he tried to fight him back in his LW days Floyd turned him down. then after the vargas fight he said he was taking the family on vacation and wouldn't be able to make weight properly by November. he then said he would fight him in Jan. He then proceeded to call Floyd out every chance he got for the next 4 years.

You hear so much about Floyd ducked this guy, didn't want to fight that guy etc. At one point it made up about 50% of the threads on NSB. NOTE: This thread is not a debate about who Floyd may or may not of ducked.

The question is have there been any fighters that ducked Floyd?

There's the quote from Floyd "Mosley moved up two divisions to avoid me", then there's the famous "toothache" excuse from Mosley.. Who the hell knows, I can't say.

None. Nobody ducks defensive, boring boxers. The only reason why they avoid such boxers is they generally don't draw flies. Floyd got his Hoya chance and won a split decision. Hoya fans were disappointed and demanded a rematch which Floyd ducked. They have been following him since to see him lose.
