I don't think he'd struggle at all selling out a Miami venue. Tyson seems to be doing well holding cards there -- it would be cool if Rigo could link up with him for a fight or two. Make him the headliner or co-headliner with Berthelemy and put Lubin on the undercard.

Just wondering, there's nice Cuban populations there and I lately saw 2 shows from Miami with Cubans headlining. Hurtado vs. Morua and someone vs Elieser or Eliseo Castillo(can't remember).
Crowds were really nice and lively, you could hear "Cuba!" shouts and arenas seemed to be full. Wouldn't guy like Rigondeaux be able to sell well there? Or isn't it at least be worth a try?

I went to the Barthelemy v Mendez 2 event with a small crew from NSB and although the promotion was atrocious there was a good size crowd at AA arena.
