Chavez landed the showier punches in almost every round.....if he wasnt so hated, people wouldnt complain about this.....that said, It wouldve been hilarious and fair if he had lost the fight...Chavez just goes in there and wings it....he couldve gifted Vera a bunch of rounds with all that posing....

This is the truth as I see it. Chavez won at least 4 rounds and I'm sure there were another couple of close ones to justify the win.

I felt Vera maybe edged it and I would've been happiest with a draw. It was a good little fight.

My grandson is 4 weeks old and he scored it for Vera!

I prefer Chavez to fight Steveson,that way we may see Chavez get ko`ed.

As soon as I heard 98-92 I knew they were going to rob Vera. I was so ****ing upset when I heard Chavez's name, but at least the people (except for total ****ing idiots) know who won the fight and I am sure Vera gained new fans.

The most important criterium of judging boxing is CLEAN AND HARD PUNCHING. Chavez quite consistently displayed that, Vera may have landed more but they weren't as clean and certainly not as hard.

I was a Chavez Jr fan till a week ago, even said he beat Golovkin and would beat Martinez in a rematch.

But that was a robbery I had 6 clear rounds to Vera and I gave him a third, and the judges saw it 7 rounds different? I would have taken a draw even that would be wrong.
