No. He litearally bought off his contract so he wouldn't fight him. They were set to fight in August of of 06.

He bought off his contract because he could make more without Arum. Arum offered him 8 million guarantee for Margo. Floyd asked for 10 million guarantee, Arum refused. Floyd paid 100k to buy out his contract and fought DLH for over $20 million at 154. Hardly a duck when he fought for more money and a better fighter.
