Talk about adding insult to injury.

I think if they're planning on rematching then yes, he should be on another Floyd undercard. If not, then there is no point to. I would love to see what he can sell on his own.. Maybe against Molina.

That's exactly what I was thinking.. First get spanked by Floyd then be placed on his undercard to boost his PPV sales afterwards lol.

I think Canelo is ready to headline a ppv, 2.3 million buys, thats impressive.

You need to disjoin the words Canelo and 2.3 million because on his own, Canelo doesn't do anywhere near that number against anyone not named Floyd.

No, I think Canelo can do his own ppv's for now.

I voted no but I changed my mind.

Your basically telling the biggest Mexican superstar not to fight on Mexican holidays. And Floyd has no legit Mexican opponents left.

If anything they can do split-site PPVs with Canelo fighting in Texas or LA.

I hear you but that wont work on ppv. I think you have hin fight Cotto in NYC on ppv rather than the mexican holiday. Then in Sept they may give him that weekend and find another date for floyd.

yes if they want to do a rematch in the future.

No if they want to make canelo branch out

                      Good question. I say no.

Was never sold on Canelo. His whole existence was to be groomed on PPV to fight Mayweather. Now that its over and he was thoroughly outboxed, no point in having him stick around. I dont even know if he will continue to box. We will really see what he's made of now I suppose...
